Ian has nearly 30 years experience as a corporate and personal coach, having specialised in both leadership and personal impact training.
Ian has worked with various multi-national health care and pharmaceutical companies, his experience coming from an extensive business related history, including as Marketing Director for a large multi-national pharmaceutical company, and as Principal Lecturer and Head of the Marketing Department at the University of Greenwich.
Ian has also helped organisations at all levels within various Government bodies.
More recently Ian has focussed on coaching support of individuals in the private sector, on issues ranging from self-doubt and anxiety to the maintenance of personal relationships.
